Shipping and Returns
 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Most orders are shipped on the following business day. 

We currently only offer flat rate shipping, which is $15 inside the US and $60 to Canada. Sorry, shipping to Australia and New Zealand is currently not possible thanks to USPS restrictions.

Please not that all shipping currently takes longer, but especially shipping to Canada takes forever!

Inside the US shipping of orders over $100 is FREE. Your items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 

ECORASTER is excluded from this shipping policy. You will get charged freight, if it's ordered from Oregon, or shipped to you from our location.

 

RETURN POLICY:

If for some reason you need to return an item, you may do so within 7 days.

Please note, that the item needs to be in unused and new condition with all the tags attached. We will not accept returns after 7 days or if the item was used or the tags removed. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you need to return or exchange an item.

For returned items we will refund either the purchase price, give a store credit or exchange the item. Shipping charges won't be refunded.

Please note, that if you paid with credit card, it might take up to 30 days before your credit card provider posts the refund on your account, although we refund promptly!

Please notify us immediately if you receive an item damaged. If we don't hear from you right away, we have to assume the damage occurred while in your possession and therefore the item is not returnable.

Sales items and any custom orders (felt saddle pads, Ecoraster and others) are excluded from this return policy. Their sale is always final. No refund, no exchange or store credit possible.

If you return an item to us, we recommend that you mail it insured, as we can't be responsible for loss or damage during transfer.
